Privacy & Terms
Privacy Policy
Effective July 31, 2026
XQ AutoMotive (“we,” “us”) runs this website. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it. We kept it short and plain on purpose.
What we collect
- Information you give us. When you use the quote form, email, or call, we collect your name, phone number, email address, and whatever you tell us about your vehicle or the problem.
- Basic technical data. Our website host may keep standard server logs (things like IP address, browser type, and pages visited) to keep the site secure and running.
How we use it
- To reply to you, prepare an estimate, and provide our services.
- To keep in touch about the request you sent us.
- We do not sell your personal information. We only share it with the service providers who help us run the site (for example, our website host and email provider) or when the law requires it.
Cookies & tracking
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If we ever add analytics or a maps feature, we will update this policy first.
How long we keep it
We keep the information you send only as long as we need it to help you and for our ordinary business records, then we delete it.
Your choices
You can ask what information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing xqautomotive@gmail.com. We’ll respond within a reasonable time.
Children
This site is meant for adults arranging vehicle repair. It is not directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time; the effective date above will change when we do.

Terms of Use
Effective July 31, 2026
By using this website you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
Information, not a contract
Everything on this site — including service descriptions, the free first inspection, and any prices — is general information and marketing, not a binding offer. An estimate becomes real only after Xavier inspects your vehicle and gives it to you, and repair work is authorized in writing before it begins. Nothing on this site, by itself, creates a repair contract.
The website is provided “as is”
We work to keep the information here accurate and current, but we can’t promise it’s error-free or always available. The site is provided without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, XQ AutoMotive is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of this website. This does not limit any rights you have regarding actual repair services, which are covered by our agreement with you and by Oregon law.
Our content
The text, design, images, and video on this site belong to XQ AutoMotive or are used with permission. Please don’t copy or reuse them without our permission.
Links to other sites
This site may link elsewhere; we’re not responsible for the content or practices of other websites.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon.
Changes
We may update these terms; the effective date above will change when we do.
